6th Form: Work Experience

At the end of year 12 students undertake a week (minimum) of Work Experience.  Those taking vocational courses may be able to undertake regular Work Experience placements across the year to complement their course.

The time spent at these placements help students to gain first hand experience of life in the working world, support their course or assist them in deciding upon their future career.

Work Experience placements have taken place with:

• General Offices
• Pfizer
• The Armed Forces
• QEQM Hospital
• Local Nurseries and Care Homes
• Computer Related Places
