Exams Information

Year 9 - Pupils sit their first Science GCSE

Year 10 - Pupils will sit their second Science GCSE and English Litreature GCSE

Year 11 - Pupils sit all remanining GCSEs; including

• English Language
• Maths
• their third Science

Sixth Form - Pupils will sit their options in BTECs and AS/A-Levels 

At the present moment, St Geogre's uses the following Examination Boards; Edexcel (Pearson), WJEC and AQA. Pupils study a variety of different qualifications at various levels depending on their ability and age. These may include:

GCSE - General Certificate in Secondary Education

BTEC Level 2 Tech Awards

BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate

AS/A-Level
