Term 5 Week 5

WEEK 5

Proverbs 2:6 For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding;

Father God, Thank you for the weekend. As we start another week help us not only to love ourselves but to love others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Father God, Help us to remember our school’s values of Compassion, Friendship, Forgiveness, Hope & Wisdom. Help us to put these values into practice every day.  In Jesus name, Amen.

Father God, We thank you for our families and the way they love and take care of us. We pray particularly for those families that are going through difficult times and ask that you give them strength and comfort.  In Jesus name, Amen.

Dear Lord, Help everyone to achieve their hopes and dreams throughout the bad and the good times. Thank you for all the happy times we have and our friends and families. In Jesus name, Amen.

Father God, We thank you for all the teachers and support staff who work for St George’s, to make our school such a great place to learn and ask that you help us all to do, and be, the best that we can be for you and for each other. In Jesus name, Amen.

Term 6 Week 1

WEEK 1

Colossians 3:13 Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.

Dear God, We thank you for the half term break and thank you for all that we have. Help us to appreciate what we have and to be generous towards others. In Jesus’ name, Amen

Dear Lord, thank you for all the staff who are a part of the St George’s community. Give them wisdom and all they need to help them fulfil their roles. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Father God,

Thank you for the star that led the Shepherds & the wise men to Jesus.  Thank you that Jesus is our bright and morning star and that we can follow Him to you.

Help us to shine like stars so that others will see Jesus in us and want to follow him to.

Dear God,

May all of us be safe.

May all of us be kind to one another.

Father God,

We thank you for being with us through this week. We thank you for all of the things that we have learned and enjoyed and we ask that you will bless us as we take time to rest and enjoy over the weekend.

WEEK 2

Galatians 6:2 Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ.

Thank you for family that look after us. 

Thank you for friends that care for use. 

Thank you for teachers that help us learn.

Thank you, God.

I pray that you bless the homeless and all those people in need.

WEEK 4

Thank you for friends and family.

Thank you for food and drink.

Thank you for all the seas and oceans.

Thank you for all things that go together.

But thank you for making humans and animals.

WEEK 5

Romans 12:5 That’s how it is with us. There are many of us, but we each are part of the body of Christ, as well as part of one another.

Thank you for this school and for the opportunity for us to have an education. Help us to remember those not as fortunate as us.

Dear Lord, Thank you for another school year and for all the good things we’ve done. We pray you would bless the last day of term tomorrow and that you would keep us safe and well through the summer and bring us together again in September. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
